We conduct an on-site survey and check all the goods that are required to be transported. After that, we prepare an inventory of the items and prepare the quote accordingly.
Do you have all the tools, equipment, and vehicle to transit the goods safely?
Yes, we have all types of updated tools, equipment, supplies, and fleet to carry out the process of packing, handling, and moving all the goods safely to the destination.
Do you provide any risk coverage in case of loss or damage during the move??
Yes, we do provide a certain amount of risk coverage for the purpose of securing your belongings against damage or misplacement during the move.
Do you provide any storage facility or warehousing?
Yes, we provide a storage facility for the temporary storage of the items if you do not have any place to store them for the time being.
What is the payment method of the company? Do you take any advance?
We accept all types of payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, cheques, UPI, and others. We may charge an advance amount as token money to book your move with us.
How will I track the status of my consignment if moving overseas?
You can track the status of your consignment on our online tracking platform or mobile application by simply filling in your consignment details.
